This very rare motorbike is not only called Special, but it is special to me. Built in 1937 in my home town Coventry.

They don’t build them like this anymore. This 500cc single certainly looks the part.

It deserves the attention it will now get. After sitting in a garage for the past 50 years it’s time to strip the engine and blow out the cobwebs.

Big end play is one of the many issues i will be attending to.
